Good quality of food. Amazing packaging and good service. Very proud of such Emirati brand.

A horrible customer service. When I placed an order and it was confirmed, I clicked on the “Shipping”button and it read that any order placed before 2pm fell under “Next Day” delivery. Same page also said that delivery happens between Sat to Thursday. I placed an order at 6am on a Saturday with expectation of delivery on Sunday. It did not happen. Not only that, but the person handling customer service blamed me stating that they do not deliver on Sunday and the place I read it from was not updated (as if that was my problem). They refused to cancel my order and refund me (forcing me to go to Consumer Rights to lodge a complain) and they also said (on WhatsApp) that delivery takes 2-3 days (not next day). The person handling their customer service really needs to understand what customer service is.
Only reason i ordered from here is to support LOCAL businesses but if that is the service i get, I would rather go to the supermarket and pick up a well known brand.

I am really impressed with the food quality. My cats suffered poor health for long from the low quality food in the market and I’ve been cooking food for them at home for a few years to ensure good health. When I saw this brand on Talabat I decided to try it, and read about it. My cats love it soooo much and they keep fighting over it. I saw improvement in hair shredding. One of my cats was underweight, now she has gained healthy weight and I’m so happy about it.

Keep up the good work and would love to see more products.

I recently bought Catmer wet food for my cat Bella, and I’m very happy with the quality. Bella absolutely loves the taste and finishes every meal. The food has a good texture, smells fresh, and seems to be made with quality ingredients.

My cat absolutely loves this wet food! He eats it so eagerly and gets super excited every time I serve it. I started mixing it with his dry food during meals, and I noticed a huge improvement in his appetite. He finishes his food much better than before and now eats really well. Definitely one of the best wet foods I’ve tried for him!

From the advertisement and publicity on instagram, I would expect the food is made in uae but when I received it , it’s made in china.

High quality product my cat loved it! It even has a fresh scent, which is better than other brands.

When I first took the wet food out of the fridge, it felt a bit dry and my cats didn’t really like it at first. But the team were very helpful and assisted me on how to properly serve it, which made a difference. As for the dry food, my cats really enjoyed it!

I recently tried the wet food and it was just amazing! My cat is usually very picky. When I opened the package he started licking it and wouldn't stop eating. I love the packaging! 💖It is very helpful to put the rest of it in the fridge.

My cats are happy which make me happy too.
Only suggestion I have regarding the wet food, it is a bit hard to squize it out, it will be nice to do something with packaging to make it flexible.
