At Catmer, we’re committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for you and your cat.
Every order, from nutritious meals to litter,  is handled with care, ensuring it reaches your doorstep fresh, safe, and on time.

Below are the details of our updated delivery process.

 


 

1. Delivery Fees

Orders weighing up to 8 kg will be charged a flat delivery fee of AED 18.

For orders weighing more than 8 kg, an additional charge of AED 1.25 per kilogram will apply for every kilogram. Plus a small amount additional for remote areas.


 

2. Delivery Areas

Our delivery service covers all areas within Dubai and most regions across the United Arab Emirates.


Remote locations may have extended delivery times or additional charges, which will appear at checkout.


 

3. Delivery Schedule

Your cat’s comfort and care are our top priority, and so is delivering your order on time.

Dubai Deliveries

  • Deliveries are scheduled from 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

(Deliveries are scheduled from 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM, 6 days a week. Excluding holidays.)

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM qualify for next-day delivery. Excluding holidays.

(Orders placed before 2:00 PM qualify for 1-3 days delivery. Excluding holidays.)

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be process next business day and delivered the following day.

(Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day and qualify for delivery within 1-3 days. Excluding holidays.)

UAE-Wide Deliveries

  • Deliveries outside Dubai are made between 08:00 AM and 09:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

  • Deliveries are scheduled from 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM, 6 days a week. Excluding holidays.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from the date of confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been packed and scheduled for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation message or email letting you know that it’s fulfilled and shipped.

The tracking numbers from our courier partner are now available.

Rest assured, our team monitors all deliveries closely to ensure every order arrives safely and on time.

 


 

5. Modifying Delivery Schedule

Subscribers can easily reschedule, pause, or update their delivery by logging into their Catmer account.
Navigate to “Manage Subscription” to adjust your preferred delivery date or address.

For urgent changes, please contact our support team directly, and we’ll do our best to assist.

 


 

6. Delivery Instructions

If you have special delivery instructions, such as leaving the package with security or at reception, please include them in the “Special Instructions” section during checkout or contact our team after placing your order.
